Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, in addition to the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our processing center by the carrier. The processing and shipping time for orders is 1 to 3 business days, but 95.47% of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Please note that orders may take 2 to 6 business days for France from the shipping date, and 2 to 10 business days for the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the return costs of the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY DECLARATIONS
If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim (contact@leblockboutique.com).
We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that processing requests may take up to 30 days.
We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue any refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of these items are out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order, refunding you according to your original payment method for the out-of-stock items. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for the same order if it consists of several items.
